1. Nature of the Practice

BSA MediAesthetics is a privately charged clinic. All fees are charged privately and are payable by the patient.
No Medicare rebate is available for consultations or treatments provided at this clinic.

2. Consultation Fees

The following consultation fees apply:

• Initial consultation with the doctor — $100 (payable on the day of the consultation).
• Review consultation with the doctor — $50 (payable on the day of the consultation).

The initial consultation fee may be credited towards the cost of your first treatment if the treatment is booked within three (3) months of the consultation date.

3. Deposit for Procedures

A deposit of $100 is required to secure a booking for any procedure.

A deposit is not required when:

• The full treatment package is purchased and paid upfront; or
• Payment is made by approved instalment arrangement.

4. Treatment Packages

Where a package of treatments is purchased, full payment is generally required at the time of booking unless an instalment plan has been arranged and approved.

All packages expire eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase.

5. Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a booked appointment (no-show), will incur the following fees:

1. Consultations — $50 non-attendance fee
2. Any booked procedure — $100 non-attendance fee

6. Payment

Payment is due on the day of the consultation or treatment unless otherwise arranged. We accept major payment methods as advised at the clinic.

Instalment payment options may be available for selected packages. Please speak with the clinic for current options.
