Cancellation Policy

Deposit A $100 deposit is required to secure your 45-minute Initial Consultation (including OBSERVE 520x Skin Analysis). This deposit will be redeemed towards your future treatment plan if you proceed.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Please notify us via text on 0489 236 477 at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Failure to attend (no-show) or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the full $100 deposit.
